AROUB LAHHAM

I'm Aroub Lahham, an overseas physiotherapist with 10+ years of experience working in the field of physiotherapy in Australian Universities and hospitals. In 2018, I earned my PhD in Physiotherapy from La Trobe University, focusing on creative ways to make exercise training more accessible for those with chronic respiratory disease. This journey led me to discover the need for physiotherapy in rural Australia, inspiring me to offer my services on the beautiful NSW South Coast.

ACHIEVING YOUR POTENTIAL

Originally from Palestine, I moved to Australia in 2012. Having completed my PhD in Physiotherapy from La Trobe University, I stayed in Melbourne and worked as a Research Fellow over a variety of positions. During this time I discovered the beautiful NSW South Coast, and relocated in 2022. With a strong background in respiratory therapy, for many years my focus was on creative ways to make exercise training more accessible for those with chronic respiratory disease. Over time my interests have developed into musculoskeletal injuries and treatment, and I find I have a renewed energy for this area. Working in rural NSW, I've honed my skills in musculoskeletal injury recovery and post-joint replacement rehab. My academic background ensures I stay updated with global healthcare guidelines. In my free time, I'm an avid reader, writer, and painter. I also find joy in kayaking and hiking.
